Life Use Fee:
 Each resident pays a Life Use Fee and a monthly maintenance fee. The Life Use Fee helps keep the monthly cost stable during occupancy. It also guarantees a refund when there is a change in housing.
If you move from the duplex, you or your estate will receive a refund according to the following schedule:
