Repair, maintenance, lawn care and snow removal, sewer, water, taxes, insurance, and more are all part of duplex living at MMH and Maple Crest. Residents living on either campus, have access to the lap pool, hot tub, and fitness room in the Maple Crest main building.  An important advantage of being part of this senior-living community is the support and assistance available. If the need arises, residents also receive 10 days of nursing care annually without extra charge.
