Spacious duplexes have been created for truly independent living and to enhance the senior lifestyle by eliminating the hassles of home ownership. Retirees have the opportunity to travel and to enjoy hobbies, friends and family.

Repair, maintenance, lawn care and snow removal, sewer, water, taxes, insurance, and more are all part of duplex living at MMH and Maple Crest. Residents living at Red Maple Court or Crimson Maple Court duplexes, have access to the lap pool, hot tub, exercise and meeting rooms at Maple Crest. An important advantage of being part of this senior-living community is the support and assistance available. If the need arises, residents also receive 10 days of nursing care annually without extra charge.
