New Duplex Construction Beginning in March 2012!

Crimson Maple Court

Eight of the 16 planned duplex units have already been completed on Crimson Maple Court.  We will begin construction of 2 more units to be known as 611 and 612 Crimson Maple Court in March of 2012. 612 Crimson Maple Court is already sold, but 611 could be available to you.  If you are interested in a new construction unit, there are options available to customize the decor, including cabinets, counter tops, carpet, and more.

All duplexes feature a great room with cathedral ceilings, large kitchen, spacious dining room, utility room, and generous 2 car garage.  There are 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans available for construction.  These duplexes range from 1500 - 1800+ sq. ft.

Red Maple Court

The Red Maple Court duplexes have beautiful cathedral ceilings, large spacious kitchens with dining rooms, 2 bedroom, 2 full baths and 1 or 2 car garages.  Some also have screened in sun-porches or patios so you can enjoy the nature of the outdoors. These duplexes range between 1300- 1600 sq. ft.
